Grietsje Schregardus-Abma, Group Manager Clinical Team Machine Learning, RSL

Grietsje Schregardus-Abma is Manager of Clinical Specialists at RaySearch Laboratories, where she leads the clinical team supporting machine learning initiatives, including the development and release of Deep Learning Segmentation (DLS) models in collaboration with the ML Imaging team. She joined RaySearch seven years ago as an Application Specialist before transitioning into her current role focused on clinical machine learning.
 

Prior to RaySearch, she spent 15 years as a Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT) in the Netherlands, working across the radiotherapy workflow including linac operations, CT simulation, and treatment planning, where she later served as Team Lead.
